We strive to satisfy all customers who place online orders. These guidelines are set in place to set the correct expectations for our customers and provide you with the best shopping experience. 

Your order will be shipped according to the shipping option that YOU chose during checkout.

Once an order is placed the shipping address cannot be changed. Should we need to ship your items out to a different address, we will gladly cancel your order (if order is placed with 24-48hours), refund your money, and you can reorder with the correct shipping address.

Once your items are in the hands of USPS, or UPS, the are no longer the responsibility of QHS. We cannot control what the postal workers do with the packages. We can only trust that they will do their job efficiently so that items remain in the greatest condition upon delivery. 

Once an item has been shipped you will receive an email from paypal with the tracking number.
